Tasting - "Dibon Cava"

Varietal:        Xarel-lo, Parellada and Macabeo
Region:         Penedes
Country:        Spain

Online Review:
Light gold with an abundance of bubbles, this wine has aromas of golden delicious apples and pears with pleasant floral notes. Crisp and light-bodied on the palate, the slightly sweet dried fruit flavors are accompanied by a mild minerality on the palate. The finish is toasty but exceedingly brief.

Personal Review:
As per the name, this was a dry wine. It had a long lasting taste with a hint of light apple. There was a harsh bitter after taste. As a note to myself; not my taste.
